This place is.... A little rundown. It's dark , it's dingy, and a little unsanitary. Of course my kids got sick the following day but I will be fair. When there's a million kids running around picking noses and flicking boogers on everything that's gonna happen. This place wasn't an awful establishment but it could use a major facelift to make it to the next level and become a true family oriented facility.

My kids love this place ..Sometimes it's so hard to get a staff member to help you & when you do some are really friendly and others aren't! Overall my kids have a really great time ❤️

My Granddaughter enjoyed having her 7th Birthday party at Jumping Jax. The place was clean with a very friendly and helpful Staff. It is on the small side, but I much preferred it over the typical overcrowded, noisy Chucky Cheese places I have been.

This is a great place for kids of all ages! It's also nice that the adults have a place to sit and be able to watch them play. Other than the length of time it takes to get service for concessions due to lack of employees, this is a great place to take the kids any day of the week!

Awesome place to have a kids birthday party! Very friendly staff. The adults had fun too!

The kids had a great time. I was a little skeptical at first but it was worth the drive and we will go back on a Wednesday when the have the water slides.
